We provide insurance designed to protect you and your business from the significant costs associated with any legal action as a result of your actual or alleged negligence that has caused third party property damage or personal injury, whilst acting in the course of your business.
Excess of Loss & Umbrella
We provide insurance designed to offer additional limits over underlying policies. For Excess Liability this would mean over an underlying Public and Products Liability policy. For Umbrella Liability this woud mean over underlying policies that could include a Public and Products Liability policy and / or policies covering other third party liability risks, such as Motor Third Party Property Damage, Corporate Travel, Marine, Aviation, Employers Liability.
